Delivery times for in-stock products usually take 2-3 working days. Lead times for products available on request are set individually.

Yes, most products can be collected in person from our warehouse in Skawina. A minimum of one working day’s notice must be arranged for personal collection. It is not possible to pay by cash/payment card on site.

We accept online payments (BLIK, quick transfers, credit cards) and traditional bank transfer. It is also possible to opt for cash on delivery with payment on delivery (up to a fixed order amount).

The choice of installation capacity depends on your energy requirements. We recommend that you contact our advisor to help you make an accurate selection of your PV system.

Yes, we offer ready-made kits including panels, inverters and the necessary cabling – please contact our advisor to select the right kit.

No, we do not carry out installation.

Photovoltaic panels are virtually maintenance-free, but we recommend that they are periodically cleaned and the condition of the installation checked.

Most panels come with a manufacturer’s product guarantee (10-15 years). Please refer to the product sheet for exact information.

Yes, every installation must be notified to the electricity grid operator. We will provide you with the necessary documents to notify the installation to the DSO.
