1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for processing the personal data of Users of the online store www.masterenergy.eu operated by the company Master Investment Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Rondo Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych 1, 00-124 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs (KRS) under number 0000423812, VAT ID: 7010345632, REGON: 146168500 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

The Administrator makes every effort to protect the privacy of Users and to process their personal data in accordance with the applicable laws, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).

   • Managing the User’s account,
   • Fulfilling rights and obligations arising from legal regulations (e.g. accounting, taxes),

   • Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Administrator (e.g. direct marketing, securing claims).

If the User provides separate consent, the data may be processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – for marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter).

1. The personal data of Users may be disclosed to third parties, such as:
   • Online payment operators,
   • Courier and postal companies,
   • Entities providing accounting, legal, or IT services.
2. The Administrator ensures that all cooperating entities guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection.

1. The personal data of Users is retained for a period of:
   • The period necessary for the execution of the sales contract,
   • The period required by law (e.g. retention of accounting documents for 5 years),
   • Until the consent is withdrawn (in the case of data processed on the basis of consent).

   • Erasure of data (right to be forgotten),
   • Restriction of data processing,
   • Data portability,
   • Object to data processing,
   • Withdraw consent to data processing (if consent was the basis for processing).
