Notification of the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
✔️ The day on which the Customer received the goods.
✔️ The day on which a third party (other than the carrier) designated by the Customer took possession of the goods.
✔️ In the case of an order involving multiple items delivered separately, the day on which the last item was received.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from the contract, please complete and send the withdrawal form to reklamacje@masterenergy.eu.

Effects of Withdrawal

✅ Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the original delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered by us).
✅ The Customer bears the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
✅ The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.
✅ Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the withdrawal notification.

⚠️ Please note: We may withhold the refund until we:
✔️ Receive the returned goods, or
✔️ Receive proof from the Customer that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.

🔹 Please return the goods within 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, including but not limited to:

❌ Custom-made items – Products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
❌ Sealed products for health/hygiene reasons – Items delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned once opened, if opening the package compromises hygiene or safety.
